Application:

GHL Series Wet Mixing Granulating Machine is one of commonly-used process equipments in the production of solid preparation in pharmaceutical industry.

Principles:

Charge material to mixing container by charger or vacuum charging system. Start the procedure. Under the action of impeller, materials are thoroughly mixed in multi-dimensional shear and flow state. Then, the spray gun system sprays the binder solution into the bowl to agglutinate with the material. Under the combined action of impeller and chopper, uniform and porous granules are produced. As the granulation process ends, granules are discharged through outlet port and enter into next process.

This machine is designed on the basis of a wide researching and adopting foreign advanced technology. It is made of high quality Austenitic stainless steel. All the corners and angles are rounded off using arc transition technique. The whole machine has no dead angles, residue, uneven surface or protruded screws.
